Website Care
For simple sites that mostly stay the same: hosting, SSL, backups, updates, monitoring, and basic technical support.
Your website needs more than a server. It needs a person responsible for it — because most small-business websites don't fail from bad design. They fail because whoever built them moved on, and nobody's been watching since.
A plumber, electrician, or local shop doesn't think of their website as "a website" — it's where estimate requests come from, and where new customers find the phone number before they ever call. When it goes down, that's not a design problem. It's lost calls, lost estimates, and lost customers, often without anyone telling you why.
The real alternative to website care isn't a fancier platform. It's a site nobody's watching — built by someone who's since moved on, where a single content update means chasing down a favor, and problems go unnoticed until a customer mentions one.
Care plans start at $75/mo — a small, predictable cost against a much bigger risk. See plan details, or see what actually happens when a site goes down.
Website care isn't cheap hosting with a markup — it's Frontier Publishing staying responsible for the practical health of your site: hosting, SSL, backups, updates, monitoring, small fixes, and clear help when something stops working, so you can focus on running the business instead of chasing technical details.

For businesses that want Frontier Publishing to keep the site handled: everything in Website Care plus occasional small fixes, text/image edits, form troubleshooting, DNS/domain help, and practical support.
For sites that need regular updates: everything above plus more hands-on content updates, improvements, and faster response. Larger builds/custom systems still require a quote.

Frontier Publishing can host client websites through a managed reseller hosting account for a recurring monthly or annual fee. Hosting is a service, not a transfer of ownership: after full payment, the final custom website created for you remains yours.
Domain names should usually stay in the client's own registrar account. Annual domain registration and renewal fees are separate from Frontier Publishing hosting and care fees unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Yes. Existing site takeovers depend on the current platform, hosting, files, domain, email setup, and access level.
We can help with DNS and domain setup. In most cases, the domain should stay in the client's own registrar account, and the client should pay registrar renewal fees directly each year.
Email needs vary. We can help connect your domain to the right email provider when that is the better long-term choice.
Maintenance plans can include small edits, page updates, troubleshooting, and practical improvements.
It depends on the plan. Every tier includes hosting, SSL, backups, and updates. Higher tiers add small edits, DNS/domain help, and a monthly content-edit allowance. Work that adds a new page, a new feature, or needs real planning — a redesign, a custom integration, an SEO campaign — is quoted separately rather than pulled from support time. See the plan comparison for specifics.
